Katherine & Jason's Party

So today was Kat and Jason's engagement party, luckily the weather held out for it, it was threatening rain most of the day but it held off.

The party was a BBQ held at Lennox Gardens right on the lake behind the Hyatt, it was very nice. I have lived in Canberra my entire life and had never been there, I will go back though I was very impressed.

The day was good, we caught up with Sherridan, she used to work with Kirsty in the Deli and then went to Stirling College with Daniel. I know Sherridan through Kat, was great to see her and meet her boyfriend Aaron. Kirsty, Sherridan asked after you and says hello!!

Cyril and Marylin were also there and Cyril was put in charge of cooking the BBQ, he did a great job and there were plenty of sausages for Daniel :)

It was mostly friends of Kat and Jason's and some of Katherine's family, and we also met Gary's sister and brother and we got to catch up with Jodi and David. Jodi and David drove up from Melbourne via a place called Seldom Seen, Jodi said that they now know that there is a reason its called Seldom Seen!!!

The highlight of our day was Aunty Barb's quiz, she also did one at Jodi and David's engagement, it was a highlight because we won, we got 60/60 oh yeah!!! We won some Easter eggs, yummo!!!





We forgot to take our camera but Daniel did get some photos on his phone which he put up on Twitter.

So that was our day it was good!!!
