My Big Sister's Wedding

Finally our Internet is no longer capped and I can blog about my big sisters wedding!!!!

It was a wonderful weekend and I have just a few photos to share :)

I'll start with the Hens Night, we went to the Parlour Wine Room for wine, cocktails and tapas!!





8 bottles of champagne, 12 cocktails and loads of tapas were done about 12am, it was a really good night.

Then of course Saturday was the big day, we were a bit worried about the weather because it rained most of last week but on the day it was just perfect.

We were at the hairdressers by 8am and all 6 of use (me, Nicole, Mum, Nicole's MIL, 2 aunts and a cousin) were all done and having coffee by 9.30!!! The wash basin chairs have to get a mention because they were also massage chairs, it was soooooo nice having my hair washed will being massaged!!

The ceremony was held at the House of Representatives Rose Gardens at Old Parliament House and then the reception was at the Hotel Kurrajong.



This is my fave photo, just as it was being taken someone said, "Daniel is not in the photo...." has you can see he didn't miss out :) :)



It was such a lovely day and Nicole looked just beautiful, everything went off without a hitch. I even managed to get a very nice flower arrangement from my new brother-in-law Jonathan as a thank you, he gave Daniel Lego :) :)

So now its all over and we are exhausted but it was a great weekend, we of course had the pre-wedding family dinner and the post wedding brunch!!

We also got to catch up with little Susie Barker and Stuart last week before they left to go back to the UK, it so great to see them, I wish they didn't live so far away, thankfully we have Skype!!
